At Villa Aaron, everything begins with carefully selected ingredients. Meats and fish are prepared with precision, and every seasoning is delicately balanced. Here, signature dishes carry real soul — striking a harmony between spontaneity and control. The chicken cigars with preserved lemon, tender and aromatic, has become a cherished ritual for many. The reimagined raviolis with chakchouka surprises with its rich depth, while the subtly spiced pastrami offers a refined blend of tradition and modern flair.
These dishes now sit alongside the already iconic chocolate mousse — intense, velvety, and brightened by a zing of a delicate verbena note.
