The non-alcoholic side gets just as much attention: house-made juices, herbal infusions, flavored waters, and a full range of mocktails made from scratch. No afterthoughts here, they're built with the same care as everything else. It all adds up to a drinks list that's easy to love and made to keep you company, from the first sip of the afternoon to the last round of the evening.
The bar is where Villa Aaron really comes alive. Low lighting, live music, the occasional DJ set: it's made for good company and the kind of evening you don't plan too far ahead.
Behind the counter, mixologist Grégoire Erchoff and his team shake up cocktails that mix the classics with a bit of their own imagination. The Aaron Club, built on gin and raspberry, is fresh with real depth and has already picked up a following. The House Negroni comes with a secret twist and a bold, lingering finish that keeps people ordering another.
The cocktail list says everything about the place: elegant, easygoing, and full of life. You come for a drink and a bit of a surprise, and more often than not, you end up staying.

At Villa Aaron, everything begins with carefully selected ingredients. Meats and fish are prepared with precision, and every seasoning is delicately balanced. Here, signature dishes carry real soul, striking a harmony between spontaneity and control. The chicken cigars with preserved lemon, tender and aromatic, has become a cherished ritual for many. The reimagined raviolis with chakchouka surprises with its rich depth, while the subtly spiced pastrami offers a refined blend of tradition and modern flair.
These dishes now sit alongside our already iconic chocolate mousse, intense and smooth with a light note of verbena.
And then the salted caramel rice pudding, topped with crispy popcorn: soft, crunchy, and a little bit of childhood on a plate. One of the best things you can find on the sweet menu.
